Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure and information security operations. The role requires strong technical leadership in managing secure, scalable, and highly available systems while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards, including ISO 27001.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure with a focus on stability, security, and performance
Administer Microsoft Active Directory services including users, groups, and policy management
Manage virtualization and storage platforms including VMware ESXi and vSAN environments
Maintain and secure network infrastructure, including firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, pfSense)
Design, deploy, and manage secure VPN tunnel architectures (site-to-site and remote access)
Ensure reliable configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of VPN connectivity across environments
Oversee implementation and monitoring of SIEM and DLP solutions for threat detection and data protection
Ensure endpoint security compliance across all systems and devices
Maintain alignment with ISO 27001 standards and internal information security policies
Monitor systems, logs, and security alerts to proactively identify and mitigate risks
Support backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness
Lead infrastructure enhancement projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal IT teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
Proven experience with VMware ESXi and vSAN environments
Strong practical experience in VPN tunnel deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting (site-to-site and remote access)
Working knowledge of SIEM and DLP solutions
Experience in firewall administration and enterprise network security
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP)
Experience working in ISO 27001-aligned or compliance-driven environments preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
