Proficiency in spoken and written English (essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid computer literacy and proficient typing ability. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior RCM or healthcare experience preferred for executive-level roles; no prior experience required for interns (training provided).
