Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Accurately schedule patient appointments and coordinate related follow-up communications. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to address patient inquiries and concerns. Maintain detailed and organized records of all patient interactions. Proactively follow up with patients to ensure inquiries are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Safeguard patient confidentiality by adhering to all data protection and compliance requirements. Engage in regular training and development initiatives to stay current with company services, systems, and best practices.

Qualifications

High proficiency in spoken and written English (essential). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated adaptability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
